This will be short and sweet , what #selfcare are you going to work towards TODAY , just one thing . You don`t have to hike a mountain, but what is ONE thing that you can do today, So that mountain is not too far off in the near future? It might not even be a mountain , it could be a sewing class or “Hydration Challange” like I just did.
You have always wanted to start a juicing cleanse , or start a CLEAN way of eating . How are you going to take your first “step”?
I have an event to go to soon so I want to feel and look my best self . So I am incorporating `jucing` into my lifestyle, so for today I am going to make my list of all my goods I need to get and pick them up so I have no excuses come Sunday morning.
If you make the first step, momentum will build and before you know it you have joined a hiking group. Call a friend and share your new adventure. Friends are always a great support system.
